It is COMPULSORY to record a full, continuous, and unedited video while opening the parcel.

The video must start before opening the package and show:

All sides of the sealed parcel

The full unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits

The condition and quantity of items received

⛔️ Claims for missing or damaged items will not be accepted without this video proof.

🎥 No video = No claim.

❌ Damaged or Missing Items

If any product is damaged or missing, please:

1. Share the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

2. Clearly show the damage/missing item in the video

3. Contact us immediately with the video via [insert your contact method]

💸 Refunds / Replacements

Once the video is verified and your claim is approved:

You will receive a refund or replacement for the damaged/missing item(s)

No refunds or replacements will be issued without proper video evidence.
